Find the file that most closely matches your connection speed.. which for the DW6000 is 500/120 I think. or try the one I linked to earlier as it's tuned for that speed and the unique latency problems satelite internet has.
Bird once i click the 1500 file then it doesnt say anything bout consumer, or anything like that, after i click it a pop-up comes up and says open or cancel, and i click open then theres and error page that comes up
There's no such choice for DirecWay files... We either have a choice of 1460 MTU or 1500 and then our package type.
ok but there is a slight problem you see 1460 and 1500 are exactly the same number. 1460=1500 - 40 40 is the size of the packet header. 1460 is the MSS of the MTU 1500.
so what are you saying......... what are you leading to with saying there the same?
just download this, if they're the same, then it doesnt matterhttp://www.testmy.net/forum/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=10763.0;attach=9031
I clicked open and ABSOLUTELY nothing came up...?
how interesting.. that's the exact settlings file I linked to before
