Adding a 'Dial-up' section to Provider Forums
«
on:
September 25, 2005, 11:22:18 AM »
Just wondering ~ could you add a general 'Dial-up' section in your
Provider Discussion and Reviews (North American Providers) Forums
so us old school - financially challenged - DU's could feel wanted here ~ j/k
love this place - first came here on dail-up
went to Comcast HS
now back to Dial-up
(and just think - what if there were no HS connections - anymore)
at least we could talk about the 'glory' of Dial-up ~ lol

i pay for my highspeed, why should he get decenty speeds for free, 's not right.
if his speeds are legit, congrats. interesting to say the least. still reporting it to the fcc though. maybe the fbi too. if he crosses a state line with that connection it's their jurisdiction.

I'm not jealous I just want to figure out how to get my dial-up to that speed.& I don't have free dial-up.The free thats available here limits you to 10 hrs a month.Rom-DOS's speeds do seem to be consistent.
