HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi guys,
Brand new to all this would really appreciate some help, for instance if i wanted to upload Sopranos to watch on my lap top, what sites would you recommend,
Have downloaded bit torrent and am here testing my upload speed, this is as far as i have got!!
