PLDT myDSL 999 subscribers HEAR ME!!

i just want to ask if i need to have pldt landline 1st before i can apply plan999? ( the 1mbps plan)

  I'll take a stab at this in saying that as a rule, at least in the states , the ISP doesn't install the DSL line. ight want to look into this sooner then later.

no. you don't have to have a PLDT landline before applying Plan999. this is now Plan990, with landline.
