man.....i ate so much the last few days i can barely look at that food without wondering how to make space. LOOKS GOOD.

i didnt get a picture (parents were playing with my camera all day) but we had turkey and ham

Pardon the thermometer. This one is stuck on Celcius. Could not get it back to the Fahrenheit. It is almost to the temperature I want of 145 degrees Fahrenheit to make this Buffalo Prime Rib a medium rare.

i don't think i got pictures of the food...but it was cooked by my daughter...except for the tamales which were prepared by the mother of a friend...roast pork (forgot what it's called but it's cooked in banana leaves)a spicy rice dish...black beans...homemade salsa, hotsauce and pico de galloand pumpkin spice cheesecake

I hope this does not sound too dumb but, how does one edit something they wrote and pushed the post button only to realize a couple of misspellings causing their post to look dumb? Also, can you delete a post once you send it? Thank you and be kind.  :grin2:

yes you can edit your own post for a short period of time...just click the modify button...make your edit...and maybe an "edit:..." note as to why...ie: edit: spelling (or whatever) when you're all done click save...

but you can't delete posts...but you can request removal for good reason
