Ftp/Web Server

I've been running a website and small ftp server from my main computer and everything has been working fine. I want these to run 24/7 but I don't like running my computer all night just for a ftp and website. I'm thinking of just buying some cheap parts and putting together a budget computer that is quiet but can function as a server. What are some minimum requirements for doing something like this? I found this on tigerdirect, would this be enough power

?
Edit: Oh yea this is what I'm using to run the server

What is your website and what do you use your FTP server for?

Its a small website right now so its not going to have more than 5 users on at a time. The ftp server is being used to host the website so my friend who is also working on the website is able to access it and make changes, its also hosting some music files.

Hmmm, I know your looking for something quiet, but...
I would probably spend a little more and get some cheap new system.
Example:
http://www1.us.dell.com/content/products/features.aspx/featured_basdt?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs
Dell has the whole system new for $299(after rebate of course, $249 W/O monitor).
Just a thought, but that other one would work, although the silence is not guaranteed.

You can run it off a 233MHz machine with 64MB ram, ofcourse depending on what type of stuff you will have there. MySQL + PHP will require more than simple HTML, which you can probabily host on like a 100MHz with like 32mb ram
