Exactly what kind of input are you looking for could you be more specific!  I mean other than sites frequented by testmy.net users for PC support.  What is it that you are aspiring to do with the information gleamed from your rather terse question (post).   

With all due respect, why would I want to pay for your service if I can come to a site like testmy.net?   Every pc problem I have had issues with and asked for help on the testmy.net site had resulted in successful closure of that issue.  I could not imagine paying for your kind of service. Further, personally, I feel the domain names are too long.  But that is my opinion.   Again, all my commnets are just my opinion I don't mean to offend.  Please consider this feedback.
