Well I have the the 1.5MB package from SBC and it seems to work pretty well until recently...
::::::::::.. Download Stats ..::::::::::
Connection is:: 668 Kbps about 0.7 Mbps (tested with 2992 kB)
Download Speed is:: 82 kB/s
Tested From:: http://testmy.net/ (server2)
Test Time:: Thu Jan 12 21:19:05 PST 2006
Bottom Line:: 12X faster than 56K 1MB download in 12.49 sec
Diagnosis: May need help : running at only 36.64 % of your hosts average (pacbell.net)

I was wondering if anyone else had this problem because now I can only seem to download at 100kbs or below and before I could download at 160-170.

On the other hand, the upload speed seems to be working fine.

Try test speed here:

if that is the same speed its on your end.
Sometimes testmy has problembs with my speeds saying I only have like 3mpbs...when I really have 15.
And I test at website above and i still have fullspeed.

edit: if your in california. use the nitro one (above) if somewere else... theirs links on that page for servers in other areas.

He is his provider is pacbell.net
pacbell is short for PACIFICBELL which in the first place merged with SBC
PacificBell + SBC = SBC
SBC + AT&T =AT&T Merge
