Recommended Tests

I live in kentucky  9 months ago had great speeds and internet   well had 6mb line but speeds droped pings got higher so I droped the 6mb and went back to the 3mb download line got the right speeds and upload but pings still high  I use to go to a game server I got  10 to 15 pings 5 hours away and now get a ping of 52 to 54 in and it sucks They say nothing wrong thats a good ping  when the server is 5 hours away I can go to a server in chiago and get a ping of 100 this sucks and they will not fix

A traceroute would map the network path and allow us to see where any issues may be occurring.  Try running a trace to the server.  From the command prompt:  tracert wgngame5.wolfservers.com (or whatever else it may be called).
