Nope as I am on an upto 8meg with an estimated 5 to 8 meg speed  Smile
And also for a peak-time speedtest for UK thats quite good  Very Happy

After downloading Opera 9 earlier today I ran a few speedtest here and over at DSLReports and here are my DL stats:

Tested from a 5983 kB file and took 7.234 seconds to complete
Opera/9.00 (Windows NT 5.1; U; en)
Diagnosis: Awesome! 20% + : 87.18 % faster than the average for host (adelphia.net)
