Here are my most recent results.  I am really disappointed in the upload speeds and reliability of the whole system is a problem.  Any thoughts on how to improve?  I am on TimeWarner Cable with a router that has this computer (wired), a VoIP phone, and two wireless computers attached.  The VoIP phone has great clarity on receiving side but is intermittant on the sending side.
