This is a Southwest provider...Cheetah HighSpeed Internet...aka NPG Cable... ;)
It's not Blazing fast, but it is compared to the dialup ISP's up here in Payson/AZ  cool

is the domain for this ISP "cybertrails.com" ?

If so, with only 2 tests ran from members on this ISP in the last 30 days. It's not large enough to warrant it's own board... but thank you for your submission

No, the Domain (now)  is NPG Cable.
Cybertrails.com  was the Dialup access I used to have before I got the cable installed... ;)
