i cant afford anything better, here are my stats.

Then maybe you should tweak something.. Go here first and check your speed http://speed.fastaccess.com/

Then below your results look for a link for the speed optimization tool, try that.

lost329 your not going to get any faster, your on DSL light and the advertised is 256/128Kbps, you close enough. If you want faster then you have to upgrade to the next plan the 1.5 utlra.
