Ordered speed 728/128k Verizon online Dsl - Westell 327W versalink - Zone Alarm Pro firewall - Spysweeper 4.5 -

Connection is:: 734 Kbps about 0.7 Mbps (tested with 748 kB)
Download Speed is:: 90 kB/s
Tested From:: http://testmy.net (server2)
Test Time:: Mon Jan 30 08:14:44 EST 2006
Bottom Line:: 13X faster than 56K 1MB download in 11.38 sec
Diagnosis: May need help : running at only 15.52 % of your hosts average (verizon.net)

You are over cap on the DL. You're percentage is low because you are lumped in with people who have higher packages than your's. Like FIO's 30/5
