I have noticed that ever since Ca3le updated this site with the new look, the test results have been overly generous for me, and quite a few other people.  Sometimes even being an entire 1Mb off.  I know this because I can watch my bandwidth monitor during the test showing 1100Kbps or lower and get a result of 1200 to 1300 Kbps.

No just on this site. I have worked with someone(no name) and we decided I am still getting a little over 1000, he was not sure exactly. But as far as EWO we were working on his speeds and I think he may not of known about cookies and files before each test. I am pretty he was cached. And yes I did all of speakeasy tests also. I will try the speakeasy tests again though.
