Tommie:  Looks like the adjustments might have finally kicked in a little while ago.>  Was just crusing at my usual 850 to 900 then all of a sudden it jumped.  HOPE IT HOLDS!!!!!!!

Cool, like I said, you never know, but getting in a hurry won't tell you anything for a couple of days. Everything is not instant. Might try to rerun it again in a couple of days. Sometimes it helps. Just pull it back up, check settings, and reboot one more time.
That is just awesome. It works on some. Just depends on total setup. Cool. Enjoy. Very Happy

How do I check my DL & UL speeds with the results as show above?  I just signed up with a DW7000, but seem to have terrible speeds.  It is slower than my old dial up! Thanks.

Welcome to the forum jar57   wave
Have you done a speed test yet?
At the top of your browser click Download Test, and test with the 2992 file test. And post  your results. When it is done just click on the results box and right click to your clipboard and paste in this thread.  Very Happy

Welcome to the forum SidV  if I haven't welcomed you yet.  wave Welcome!
Have you tried reading "Achieve the Best Performance Out of Your Computer"
http://www.testmy.net/forum/t-4257

Or tried the TCP Optimizer? It is actually preferred by many on satelite, and faster.

Good luck, and no experimental settings needed.

I might have taken them out, but you really don't need to tweak your system.

Just make sure your computer is up to date, defragged, and clean and you'll be fine.

"The world is like a ride at an amusement park.  And when you choose to go on it, you think its real because thats how powerfull our minds are.  And the ride goes up and down and round and round.  It has thrills and chills, and its very brightly coloured , and its very loud and its fun, for a while.  Some people have been on the ride for a long time, and they begin to question - is this real, or is this just a ride?  And other people have remembered, and they come back to us.  They say, 'Hey! Dont worry, dont be afraid, ever, because, this is just a ride.'
