It is your upload speed.. depending on what else you computer is doing and the lag on the node call all affect vonage.  not only that but some, not all, ISPs are QoSing their networks to make it so that vonage doenst work all that well.. most of the time it is the same companies that offer phone service.  Rolling Eyes  Some things to try.. if you are using a router try setting up QoS on you LAN.. make Vonage traffic the highest priority.. And http lower than that..   Also while you are on the phone try an minimize the web surfing.. that should help the call quality..

TimPawlak, I think Insight has caught up with all of us.This is the best test I've had in 4 days. Been averaging around 4300 to 4500.
