It's been this way for the past cpl of weeks...I bought a new modem and it still sucks. This was at 5:50 AM...anybody else in West Texas having problems?

Here's my typical nighttime speed taken at 8:21 PM in San Angelo Texas

Connection is:: 1309 Kbps about 1.3 Mbps (tested with 2992 kB)
Download Speed is:: 160 kB/s
Tested From:: http://testmy.net  (server1)
Test Time:: 2006/03/07 - 8:19pm
Bottom Line:: 23X faster than 56K 1MB Download in 6.4 sec
Diagnosis: May need help : running at only 30.24 % of your hosts average (Cox.net)
