Oh yeah, if they approve your connection, you get the little lightning bolt next to your name when you host a game.
With your connection, it will probably get approved.

Yes, i know this but there can be more than 1 game in an xbc server. ;)

its about 100kB/s upload per person in halo 2 on XBC, so you cant host 32 people with no lag even though 16 are only alowed, it also depends on the persons personal connection and not just the host.
