Hey was up all i use xbc to play online with halo 2 i am a dedicated host meaning i can host 10 or more people. I can host 14. I am a founder of the SSK Clan. My name is xbc is mikmike. I love to host so come and join me. Xbc is the top online gaming in my opinion.

My ISP is roadrunner. My upload is 1mb and download 10 mb i host 14 people but if there are some people on the same box i can host 16 nice and i am approved. So it all works out

i'm gonna set mine up again and get some friends on there and see how it is compared to live. havent been there in a while but i'll set up a 16 man sometime. also what do you mean approved ? it must be different than before but my upload is good enough for 16 cause i do 32 fine in perfect dark.

well approved means that u can host 10 or more people and u are at the top of the list i host 14. so yea it is good. and know i am not to sure when halo 2 will be on pc i think it will be this yea mybe when halo 3 comes our for xbox 360. But who knows with microsoft. But i had Xbox Live it is a waste of money when you can get the god damb same thing for free and i think XBC is better. FREE.

I can only assume you are referring to bridging host. xbc allows mods, cheats and there is no ranking system.it's basically just a bunch of custom games. it's nice to get on xbc sometimes when you want to play customs and your friends aren't online. i prefer xbl for matchmaking. xbc is nice for playing around with cheats. ghosts on lock-out, you can't get that on xbl. |

i dont know if this is true but i heard that there is a record for getting host. so if you were to get bridged alot then you would keep getting it without being bridged. i tend to sometimes believe it, because my neighbor gets host over me and my upload is twice as fast as his. maybe if someone could tell me if this is true or not.

No bungie is stupid, bad hosts will get host. It's completely random unless you force. Yes there is a chance that a host with a faster upload will get host but it still keeps it random. It's really stupid how people with probably a 200 kbs upload will get host but whatever, the 360 has better systems.
