can anyone help me with my dsl i think my dsl is 1.5mb

Connection is:: 94 Kbps about 0.1 Mbps (tested with 97 kB)
Download Speed is:: 12 kB/s
Tested From:: http://testmy.net  (main)
Test Time:: 2006/03/25 - 3:08pm
Bottom Line:: 2X faster than 56K 1MB Download in 85.33 sec
Tested from a 97 kB file and took 8.391 seconds to complete
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; YPC 3.0.1)
Diagnosis: May need help : running at only 4.89 % of your hosts average (pacbell.net)

That's still crap.  Run this test and try an alternate form of speed test: http://www.testmy.net/forum/t-12193.  Also, provide a traceroute (from the command prompt: tracert www.testmy.net).

I would think it is something software based slowing you down.  Try this scan: www.ewido.net/en/onlinescan

What browser are you using?  Got toolbars/extensions?  You using a router?  Tried shutting down firewall and antivirus or whatever else when running a speedtest?
