well tommie...he was drinking and driving...then he littered and he was driving a non street legal vehicle on the street...and he decided when he was asked for his license that he'd take a piss instead...but  he did "know his rights"

It just sounds like most normal farmers out here. Except the bottle throwing and pissing off of the side. They usually pull over to the side and go behind a tree.   azn

Our big problem around here (SE La.)is not the few lawnmowers that hit the road
but the 4-wheelers running down the shoulder of a 4-lane divided highway (65 limit)
and some of them outrunning the highway traffic. We lose a few every year(deaths)
due to culverts, roadsigns, loss of control, etc. You may go down a blacktop back road
and come across a 4 wheeler with 5, 6, or maybe 7 young kids on it going down the road.
Just think about it - 4 wheeler at 70 mph hits a culvert head-on. We've had more than one
closed casket funeral for a youngster under 16 due to a lack of responsibility on someone's part.
