Alright check this out
Intel Celeron: Unknown speeds
Completely Installing Best Linux to Host as my personal Server.
Ram: Current 64mbs || Hope i can score some from friends
No heatsync :: yay.... cry

Anyways thats my project today, to build it up
and put it to the test, see if it wants to even work for me
comment on my stupid idea

turn it into a server...

Yeah i would invest in a heatsink before you fire that up and install linux.. otherwise you can just kiss that CPU bye bye..

i have a heatsink, but im eaither gonna have to run it outside the case, or without one at all, because its not the heatsink it had, any ways im gonna have to fans running on it at all times if i dont have a heat sink, its going to be running in my basement so im gonna be running at max

still isnt going to be enough.. You will get a warm spot on the cpu and then that will be it.. I wouldnt even power up a computer with out a heat sink..
