And keep an eye on your buttocks around waterRTBH, unless you don't mind a pinch once in a while.

If this thread doesnt get off the name calling kick fast it will be locked and removed. Your free to disagree but cursing each other is not needed. There are plenty of other forums to allow that on the net. Warnings have been sent.

It’s nice to be behind a screen isn’t it? This statement goes to both parties…
Yup, and I didn’t even need the surgery.

The surgery is not for my head, its for my throat.

The seatbelt did damage to my throat, and I have not had the surgery yet.

The memory loss was supposed to get better, but it only gets worse. The doctors have to check for bloodclots and potential bleed spots in my head because the airbag failed to deploy and I hit my head. I am not posting here for sympathy, so don't get me wrong. I seriously hope the next person who decides to run infront of a car gets whats comming to them, and I have no feelings for anyone who would so willingly put themselves in harms way. In my case, they found and arrested the guy who did it, but he better hope to god I never see him face to face.

Anyway. I don't feel like explaining my life story, and sorry for jumping out of the ashes to post, but I almost exploded when I read that a certain user runs into roads on late nights for fun.

I hope this does not sound like sympathy Wicked Rain, but your recovery will be in my prayers.

Dark 06;There are drivers out there like me.I consider my own safety first so I will hit anyone that jumps in front of my vehicle.I will try to stop & I will try to steer around if I can do so safely. But I won't swerve & put my self in danger.I was taught this in driving safety classes about animals running in front of the vehicle one is driving.I have more sympathy for them since they don't know better.I have mentally trained myself to hit what jumps in front of my car so you better hope it's not me you try this infront of.
Wicked Rain ;Sorry to here that you weren't trained the way I am.I bet you don't swerve the next time. Thanks for telling us about your wreck. You ask for no sympathy so I won't say anything to that effect.

People definitely do things (especially in their youth) without fully thinking of all of the ramifications, not only for themselves but others. God knows I am lucky blessed to have not been killed or killed someone else while I was growing up. I just pray that my children wise up faster than I did.

I'm like tommie & shug I did a lot of things in my youth that endangered others.Especially driving too fast when my skill levels were not as good as I though they were & in cars that could go as fast as they did but with tires that weren't designed to go that fast.So I'm definatly not claiming to have been a good driver then or  a good teenager as far as obeying traffic laws. But even then I never purposely jumped in front of a car.
I have personally known two people that have hit pedestrians .The pedestrians were just not paying attention. One an adult just stepped out from between parked cars & the man I knew hit him.He survived.
The other man I knew hit a 5 year old child & killed him. This was out in the country on a state highway.A lack of parental supervision. This affected him a long time even though it was not his fault.
