For members and guest who are on the Adelphia network, here is the website to test your Adelphia connection.

Due note that there is a limit of 5 tests within a 24 hour time frame. So for the heck of it, try it out and post\compare your results to testmy.net.

its not the most accurate speed test. and you don't have to be on the adelphia network to run it.

You may be right...everytime I test there (Ohio Server) I am always above posted speed, I ran a test moments ago @ Adelphia and here and here are my results:

Connection is:: 6483 Kbps about 6.48 Mbps (tested with 20972 kB)
Download Speed is:: 791 kB/s
Tested From:: http://s1.testmy.net
Test Time:: 2006/06/01 - 12:25am
Bottom Line:: 113X faster than 56K 1MB Download in 1.29 sec
Tested from a 20972 kB file and took 26.5 seconds to complete
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.3) Gecko/20060426 Firefox/1.5.0.3
Diagnosis: Awesome! 20% + : 78.6 % faster than the average for host (adelphia.net)

TheHalf™ very nice speed. I remember when i had that upload on adelphia it was great.

I just tested from the ohio server and its a little faster then the miami server
