oh wait I think I messed something up...That file right under your post that says "Optimum.css" What am I supposed to do with that? Sorry for being a n00b at this

those speeds are not real and can be fixed by clearing your cache.  also are you using  firewall?

Blunted if you go to page one thats one of my first posts on the speed but I noticed that I have gotten those speeds before but only after midnight eastern time. And no I dont use a firewall at the moment.

Here I took some screenshots. Note: its 4:35AM now and I dont get these speeds during the day

I think the fast speeds are the results of using AOL. They proxy everything, or at least they did in the past, so the speed is of the AOL proxy servers not your connection. Try using IE directly instead of the AOL web browser.

JKO when you test using the aol software it will be cached. because AOL does local caching on there servers to make webbrowsing faster.
