I am back on the net again
after quite a long time off-line due to medical conditions, but doing better

I have found a freeware service from Microsoft
that via peer to peer networking --p2p-- 
----- requires membership to share folders / files -----
allows you to share files and folders, without downloading every file ---autosyncing---
www.foldershare.com also known as windows live sync
very good service and I have used for 4 years now without any problems 
and sharing up to 27.5 Gigs of files via this service and application
