Resolution: User not using a windows Admin account or spyware\malware has changed the policy. Use l2mfix & vx2finder(126) to remove malware and restore the policy.


So u need to logon to your computer as admin, if you are logged into a admin account thatn it is more thatn likely u have spyware/malware. Post if this doesn;t help you out and heres a very useful link to help with ur problems.
