Can someone please explain why I "may need help"?

Tested From:: http://testmy.net/ (Server 1)
Test Time:: 2006/09/24 - 9:18pm
Bottom Line:: 92X faster than 56K 1MB Download in 1.59 sec
Tested from a 5983 kB file and took 9.281 seconds to complete
Download Diagnosis:: May need help : running at only 46.31 % of your hosts average (58.86)

If you are serious philp it appears that you are running at only 46.31 % of your hosts average (58.86). Meaning you need to get your comp in gear, or buy a better package!  :whaa:

Oh, no wonder, it's Earthlink.  Are you using their software? The Earthlink total access? If yes, I strongly recommend you uninstall it.  It cause a lot of problem.
