Hi I have a connection of 1.5mps and I get results of

Connection is:: 1345 Kbps about 1 Mbps (tested with 2992 KB)
Download Speed is:: 164 kB/s

Bottom Line:: 24 times faster than 56K you can download 1MB in 6 second(s)

You won't get any  faster then that with sbc yahoo. My best top dl test was 180kB/s or 1.4Mbps. I usually am around 1.3 Mbps thought.

I agree, you get 89% of advertised speed and on dsl almost no one get above their cap

looks like ya got one lossy hop, but the rest is ok.

ps- get charter Cable internet. Very Happy ya get about 3 Mbps... that's what I'm on.
