I used to have RMClock (http://rightmark.org/) to regulate my AMD 3700+ FSB while the system was on. I really like this program, because it lets you set a limit of how much it multiplies it by. This computer is a laptop, so i use 8x, and when the CPU is idle, the program would let it run at 4x and cooling itself down. Now the problem is, I installed the 64 bit version of Windows Vista, and It wont let me run the driver for RMClock. Are there any other programs which do the same basic thing?

Also, my BIOS is limited, and i cant change the FSB through there for some reason. If nobody knows an answer im gonna try and update my BIOS to the latest version (it is American megatrends)

Haha its such an old post I totally forgot about it. Im back on XP home, and I do use the program simply because my laptop overheats if i dont. I dont have any options in my BIOS to lower/highten the speed.
