I can stick it back on, but I cant go left/right(twist turns)..I can only pitch forward/back and lean right/left...But no turning  :haha:

Thankfully I saved my x-45 controller...So that will have to do for now..

I have to look into whether I can fix it...It twists to turn, and that function,  :haha: , isn't working so well..I have to see how exactly I broke it..Plus I think I may still have it under warranty, but not sure if warranty is going to cover this ..  evil6  I guess I twisted just a bit too hard...

LMAO it was quite funny when it happened...I wasn't even pissed, I actually couldn't stop laughing.  Ship full of soldiers, and no way to fly the ship..

And that is just the flight stick part...The throddle still works...But kinda useless without steering  :haha:

My personal opinion would be if it was during warranty time it definitely should be covered, I would expect it to be.  Shocked Don't they think you will go through turns and such. That is what it is supposed to be built for.
That is why you paid so much for a couple pounds of plastic and copper in the first place.
Just my thoughts.
Would love to have been there when you crashed trying to keep your composure. Just the look in your eye, and the OH S#!t etc... as you try to act like WTF.  Laughing

Somehow I didn't crash  Razz  ...I landed it I believe...But someone else had to take over the flying duties  :haha:

Upon further review, the joystick has flown its last flight...The twist mechanism is inside the handle, and it sort of disintegrated inside the handle after I snapped it....

In an effort to reduce download times the Battlefield 2142 Demo does not contain a DirectX installer. Please be advised that in order to play this demo players must have Directx9 installed and should ensure that the d3dx9_29.dll is present in your C:\WINDOWS\system32. We look forward to playing online with everyone. See you on the Battlefield
This may be the cause of some problems..
