Well, tommie gorman,

Months have elapsed since the ham-fisted, Time-Warner takeover in Northern San Diego County, and the downloading speeds still typically run about 500 Kbps lower than the typical Adelphia speeds.  I haven't pursued the issue because I expect to be moving into Cox territory soon.
