In case no one knows what Parallels is, it allows you to run windows, linux etc. under OSX. its like microsoft virtual pc exact on steroids because instead of using emulation it takes advantage of virtualization which is much faster.

I installed it last night, and its pertty cool. There are still a few bugs becuase it doesnt reconize my processor  fully it says 1.83GHz but i have a 2.0GHz. and the USB really doesnt work too well, but other then that its nice and fast. and allows me to run programs with out going to another comptuer or restarting that arent a duel binary yet like photoshop.

Im going to give windows vista a try when i get home.

I recently installed parallels 3.0 , it's nice to do this, although i really havent found a real purpose, as I could already access the files on the separate partition through bootcamp.  None the less, neeto mosquito !!

Has anyone else had a problem w/ the updates breaking parallels ?  I updated OSX, due to me farting up my HDD lol, and re installing leopard  and so on, then installed Vista, then parallels ,  Once I installed updates from apple, parallels was broken. " something about drivers ".

I uninstalled parallels , only thing I could find to do. Then re installed it, now I'm installing Vista through parallels.  See what happens......
