Everybody, look!!
My download speed is less than 1Mbps. If it is during peak hours, it's even worse.
I called Rogers tech support today and have them check on my modem and everything, they said everything looks fine on their end and there is nothing wrong with my modem. Even the tech support guy has no idea why my download speed is so slow. I have tested it with and without the router connected, as well as ran the test on different computer, but all the same. The download speed sometimes is even slower than my upload speed. What a crap!!
The tech support guy said that he'll have the engineers to take a look tomorrow, but they'll probably say the same that they have no problem with their end. Geez... what can I do? Help!!!

Maybe its the splitters at your house that are faulty or the cable that runs from the wall to the modem.. I had a problem with the splitters which caused my Internet to significantly go down in speeds and eventually stop working.. Tech guy came with a new modem but only replaced the splitter because that was the actual cause of the problem Smile
