Tested from a 5983 kB file and took 11.078 seconds to complete

Does anyone have a 16Mbps bell sympatico connection? I want to compare this with the Rogers Cable 16Mbps connection. Which is faster? I have had rogers for a year now in my condo, and I can't stand all the bull****, mediocre speeds, etc.. 

I need some solid feedback!  anyone please?  thanks
