Currently in Staten Island only. Should be coming soon to the rest of the system.

I'll say, TW has a lot planned to keep up with the competition -- Verizon.

Lets just say, something you've seen Cablevision offering before...

i just recently became a RR member with time warner buying out Comcast here in dallas and they have upgraded me to the10/1 package here are my results

hmm are they upgrading the internet for Time warner? i have that service back home. to tell you the truth its hontestly really slow compared to what i have now. i go to School in Rochester NY , and i get 35,000 Download and 15,000 upload yeah our internet is OC3 , we are the leading supplier for internet in the whole North east. But thats cool , sucks coming home in the summer to 5,000 down and 400 up Sad

I can only really speak to Time Warner in New York, but I'll try and help ya with your problem -- The one good thing about TW is that they increase the speeds and try not to increase prices. If you're reporting rates lower than what's advertised, let me know -- more often than not, TW is willing to fix it. Sometimes you need a new cable line, a new modem, or something simple. Usually, it's nothing too complicated.

I just got the 10/1 speed here in Costa Mesa California earlier today (2/15/2007) ...




edit - my old download speed was between 900 - 950 kb / s so this IS an improvement believe it or not...

im in northwest ohio

used to have or still do the 8/512(used to be adelphia 6/768)

for the past 4 days I have had 10-12k/700 on my laptop and my desktop.

don't know what is going on but I am not going to say anything to them lol
