the secert to improving speed... is getting rid of all the junk on your hdd I deleted my entire c drive witha recovery process, afer that my average speeds are now 2mb or more it used to be 500kb

nice  Very Happy You must of had some spyware on there maybe slowing you down.

yea i know i had about 40 gigs of music ,movies,games etc I wish i would had done this earlier
