I have bellsouth dsl xtreme 6.0, it worked as promise until installed cablenut and drtcpI and now its dramaticly slow. My upload is fine and working better then ever so I know its somthing I installed that did it.

btw I have read and followed all the sticky intstructions and I cant seem to get my old default download speeds back  idiot2

Download Connection is:: 832 Kbps about 0.83 Mbps (tested with 1496 kB)
Download Speed is:: 102 kB/s
Upload Connection is:: 433 Kbps about 0.4 Mbps (tested with 748 kB)

use TCP optimizer and set it to 6.5Mbps. that setting works good for me.
