Personally I'd get a different serve, had bad service  Crying or Very sad with them.

at $40 a month for 3Mbps? where am i going to get those speeds for that price? my actual holds between 2.6 and 2.8

could be the problem. shortly after i configured my account i had a friend to email me and i replied to it so that proves the client could send and receive.
