Try it, can't hurt to play a bit. Sometimes lowering them helps also. ( I know, weird.)

I asked and have been getting charged for 10/1 for th past two months now and it's been great but it's been on and off with the speeds these past two weeks! I don't understand why it's running like crap and why my speeds have taken such a dive!

Tweaking is useless but I'm giving TWC a chance since they've been advertising a channel rearrangement for awhile now and it's finally happened so I'm assuming that's the problem but I'll call them up tomorrow to find out for sure.

Anyone live in West Hollywood and having the same issues?

I live in Costa Mesa and my upload just went up to 768 Kbps the other day while the download stayed the same.  So I ran the activation wizard since I formatted and forgot to do that, we'll see if that did anything or not.
