Anyone know how to get to the original setup screen for Gatekeeper so you can tell the program which service plan you have for FAP monitoring? I accidentally told it Professional, where I actually have PRO Plus. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted all registry entries, and everything. Everytime I reinstall it loads up with original settings like it never was uninstalled.

Did you try ccleaner and reboot?? Usually works for me.  wink

If so did you also go into the issues and tools section. I also sometimes uninstall things with it.  GEEK!
