Download speed tests are running in the normal amount of time, but it then takes FOREVER for the results page to come up (several times my connection has timed-out before I got the results).
Anyone else seeing this?

I get the first dwnld test screen and it goes to 100%, nothing happens after that.
I always got a second dwnld test screen then the results.
Whats up with that.

My original post was from Sunday morning. By Monday morning, everything was back to normal. I made no changes at all on my end.
Something was screwy, but it's fine now!

Are you using the SmarTest paladin. I don't and I just went through like a breeze on the 2992 test file. Try testing with a particular file size instead. It might help.  |

I don't check often either. If you want I have the 5983 test if you want to use it for now. You will have to clean out your temp files before clicking on it, as it takes you directly into the test. http://www.testmy.net/tools/test/d_load.php?ni=1&tt=1&s=5983&st=stHope it helps til they fix it for you. |

Thanks. I have never had this problem before. I will just ignore it from now on. I just got a new PC and I thought I might have something set wrong. I guess not tho. as it works just fine at any setting now. |

Believe me Coknuck if I could I would fix it. My problem started when I suddenly was being shown google ads for a few days and just suddenly they went away. That is when I couldn't go further than the 2992 test and I never get a results page. I think something went haywire with that google ad deal. I can turn everything off and it makes no difference at all. I test OK elsewhere. |
