www.ipxres.com is the site in question here.
my Feonce is now being allowed the ability to work from home for the innpoints callcenter here in albuquerque NM.  Its just a call forward center i guess.  They still beat all the cheasy sites but...
so we set up her a laptop a decent lattitude 1GHz
i hit it with xp home sp2 all the updates ie7 , every up to date, update.
so she takes it to work to get it programed to work from home here.
they had to take ie7 of and instal 6 for half of the different sites she has to log into for the net phone, and contactuals w/e and a admin live login program to work.
but they never tested all the programs she still hadent loged into like 8 more its nuts.
well when she got it home everything they loaded worked except for this contactuals site, then they said to load up the latest java so i did and it worked.
everything except ipxres.
she called her boos and just got pissed n what not for a lil while.  I suggested to try loggin in from this pc she did and it worked.  so i figured its kuz i got ie7.
but she has to keep ie6..... Neutral Sad Confused Razz Exclamation
so i downloaded firefox and we got her in.  GEEK
her job is really upset and reminded her that they are all told not to use firefox because it interfears with there call recording programs.......to..record for, uve heared it, "this call may be monitored for quality ashurance pourposes"   2funny
how can i fix this for her.?

its a site that controls tons of different controls to make reservations for prestige hotels, check booking info, etcetc worldwide.

Alright.. IE 7 may not work for this as the company stated..  Most of the time when a company has a plug-in developed it works for that version of the browser and down..   So if they say it requires IE 6 then my guess is that it does.

As far as the being able to log in an what not.. you may want to check with the IT dept to see if one of the newer patches released for IE 6 is causing the problem... I really cant think of a reason why you would be able to log in on FF but not IE 6..

Anyhow my feonce took her laptop back after i did sum more pimping n what not but.
she showed her boos at work how fast her out of date 128mb ram laptop can process calls with firefox.

I don't think that CA3LE has added any of those yet. They are soon to come in the future though.
