I'm having the same problem as you joeandjan518. I live in Kentucky. I hate to say it but I used [this.site.has.been.blocked.for.spamming] and could not get any responce from their server in Dallas either. All the other servers work fine except a lot of variation in speeds. I'm sure it will clear up soon. I hope!

it's funny, while uploading to ftp's and stuff.. i do constand 188 kB/s .. whenever i do a speedtest, it says its in te 170's

joeandjan518 you might want to clear your cache and retry...if you picked up an error a few days ago it could still be scewing your data..I'm not sure why it does that ....but it does.

If that doesn't help try a tracert to see if there a bad link in your path.
