February 2, 2005
Starting yesterday, Time Warner increased the speed of its standard service to 5 megabits per second, from 3 megabits per second. Its premium service increased to 8 megabits per second, from 6 megabits per second. Prices remain the same.
Time Warner, whose service is available in the northern part of San Diego, in Coronado and parts of Poway, offers its most popular Internet service, the 5 megabits-per-second connection, including a modem, for $44.85 a month.

This might be (accually it is) old:  http://www.moveutilities.com/roadrunner/index.html

Basic 1.5Mbps (details) $34.95   upload speeds of up to 384Kbps.

Standard 4.0Mbps (details) $44.95  upload speeds of up to 512Kbps.

Extreme 6.0Mbps (details) $54.95  upload speeds of up to 768Kbps.

These three were offered when i searched in San Diego. I also got digital phone + digital cable + internet combined package for one price.

maybe you copied it off their website, but it is full of lies. I have TW/RR and have talked to them over the packages just a week or two ago. There are no changes. I have both Cable TV and RaodRunner Internet with them. I was transfeerred from Adelphia Cable to TW/RR late last year in the takeover.
