In Sept 2006, Maxis launched 3.5G (HSDPA) as part of the "wireless broadband modem" service which is targeted at "mass market consumer/home" users (instead of business or corporate).

bro...change lah from maxis...
they cap your limit to 4GB of data usage every month....

i used to be a streamyx user....until i changed to jaring wireless 1MB.....

how is the 2MB connection? when i was staying in park avenur condo (in bdr sri dsara),we applied for a 1MB connection and because the whole condo runs on fiber lines....the speed went up to 2MB.....

and i guess streamyx found out and they cut it back to 1.5MB...still pretty fast...

but obviously not FAST ENOUGH.... :haha:

k...i've tried to figure out your host...i'll have to wait til you two post your test images to know what your host is...i don't believe either of you have maxis...i'm drawing a blank there

Streamyx 1.0 Mbps SOHO (Office Account) x 3 (MLPPPoE)
so.. 1 line download BT, 1 line HTTP, 1 line etc...
but i have only 1 telekom line Smile

yes i have already quited to use Maxis, because it congested 3G.

i'm not so sure but [this.site.has.been.blocked.for.spamming] give me more accurate local speed, i mean looks like faster.
here is malaysia, and the test to:
