Well It finial happened we got WiMax to replace Dway. Speeds are a bit faster and there is allot less down time. I no longer have trouble getting to SSH pages or any others.

How do the prices compare for the speeds you get???

If it is like it is here, Almost every place around here is $40 to $60 bucks a month and speeds are usually 386 up and down with one exception in about a 50 square mile area around me and he runs the same price as others but his service is 512 up and down. I have seen some wisp's advertised in urban areas that ran as fast as 6Mb down and 3Mb up but I am guessing that is for very short range where they can use antenna's on buildings to get coverage because I have never found it on a rural wisp. Unfortunatly I am about 3 miles to far from the nearest antenna to get this service or I would have it.
