Recommended Tests

Game: Diablo 2, NOT LORD OF DESTRUCTION
Computer: ABOUSOLUTLY CAN HANDLE THIS GAME
Hardware: all up to date, all drivers maxed.

My first problem.

I installed the game, no problems, CD-key is entered, (bought form the stores)
Launch the game, no problems.
Go to create a account on US-EAST, says im not connected to the internet.
I triple checked, and i am.
So, i changed it from US-EAST to US-WEST and there we go account created.
And all my friends play on EAST... Sigh

2nd problem!!

Not only do i not get to play on US-EAST
I cant talk to anyone, my account is "Muted" and/or "Silenced"
I have 3 games to choose from with 0 people in it.
And i cannot join the games my friends are in.

Ok, brife summary.

Problem 1.

No internet on US-EAST. can only make on US-WEST.... so im alone with no friends

Problem 2.

Can not talk to anyone. Can't join games, and cant create anything,
i am Silenced/Muted, and cannot change channels or see other players

That is my problem and any help would be AMAZING
im at my wits end... so plz help.
