Recommended Tests

I had 10/1 for the last 4-5 months until up to 5 days ago. When I spoke to one person who actually knew what he was talking about, he said some areas only get 8/512 and some get 10/1. He said he would check and when he came bck to the phone he said " Yes, your area should have the 10/1 package and it seems as if someone has reverted your package to the 8/512 and for what reason, I dont know "

At least your not in my area.  Time Warner has a cap of between 1-1.4Mb download here.  so i switched to dsl.  I would switch back probably if they actually upgraded here.
